Warranty & Returns
ALL RED LIGHT THERAPY WRAPS/PADS/BATTERIES
These products come with a one year warranty for any manufacturer fault from date of purchase.
To claim a warranty:
Notify us immediately via email info@axlr8equine.com.au of the issue and we will advise you on the returns procedure. The return postal fees are not included in the warranty and must be paid for by the claimant. Any product returned under warranty will be fully assessed by our team for manufacture fault. Warranty will not be granted for any product not used in the recommended way. Warranty will not be granted if the product is deemed to have sustained damage during regular use.
OUR RETURN POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS.
If 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, alternatively please quote your order number & we can locate this for you.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit to the full value of the product purchased less 10% restocking/processing fee will be applied to your account. No refund on postage will be given.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & TARRIF DUTY
The customer is responsible for payment of their country's import duty and tarrif fees. FexEx International will manage the notification of any required payment. It is important that you provide a mobile number during your checkout purchase process so you are contactable. Please note this is time sensitive and you need to pay this import duty or tarrif fees as quickly as possible. Items that are unclaimed at 30 days will be destroyed by FedEx and as such Six Bar Therapy, AXLR8 Equine will bear no responsibility for the destruction of this property should the customer not pay their country's required import fees. You will not be eligible for a refund if this situation arises.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact info@axlr8equine.com.au.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us via email info@axlr8equine.com.au
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to us, the address will be provided once we have confirmed your intention to claim. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as we take no responsibility for our post carriers Australia Post or FedEx International.
